In a word, we are a financial company. SUREINV TRADING INC. is duly registered in Panama. It's directors and associates began with brick-and-mortar offline trading operations and gradually evolved into an online financial company that participate in different markets.

Just like any reliable company on the market, we sincerely believe that the strongest business is built on mutual trust. However, the nature of our business requires us to be extremely careful when sharing sensitive information about our operations. We stick to the rule that complete statistics, operations and other figures can be disclosed only to clients who have already been with us for some time. We thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this issue.

Under no circumstances will SUREINV TRADING INC. share information about you with other companies, affiliates or partners and we will comply with confidentiality standards. We do not sell information about you to anyone. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Very secure! The software we are using to run our operation is top notch and some industry experts consider it as [almost] unhackable. Our server is hosted and DDOS protected by industry leader BlockDos. All data exchanged between your computer and our server is encrypted. In addition we have a team of skilled, top-level internet security professionals that monitor the security of our server and all of the information they contain.

The recent global financial turbulence has proven that there are no infallible financial companies. The cases of Lehmann Brothers, AIG and the like have brought home the fact that all companies, even the most trustworthy ones, can be vulnerable to financial risk. This, however, does not mean that we waive the responsibility for any possible losses we may incur. We have gone to great lengths to minimize risk within our business operations. The basic steps we have taken include, but are not limited to, a special reserve fund to cover unexpected operational losses, hedging risks by diversifying the range of financial instruments we work with, and ceaseless vigilant analysis of all our past, present and would-be activities on the financial markets.

NO, the principal is included in our daily interest payments. In other words, once you have received 30, 45 or 60 payments from us, your principal [initial deposit] has expired.

No, compounding is not an option. But you can reinvest your interest.

You can have up to six active investments at the same time.

Private individuals and companies from any country may register with sureinv. Private individuals should be at least 18 years of age and/or with full legal competence. Corporate clients should be duly incorporated and competent under the applicable legislation.

No. One account per individual or corporation only. We do monitor account creation and reserve the right to suspend clients with multiple accounts.

Our account currency is in US dollars (USD).

There are three simple steps necessary:

1. Login to your account.
2. First you need to fund your E-Purse: Click on the 'Fund E-Purse' link. Choose your preferred payment handler from the select menu. Type in the amount to fund. Click the 'Fund E-Purse' button. You will be redirected to your payment handler to fund your E-Purse.
3. Once you have funds in your E-Purse you can invest. Click on the 'Investment' link. Choose one of our investment plans from the select menu. Type in the amount to invest (please mind the minimum/maximum amounts for the selected investment plan). Select the E-Purse balance and finally click the 'Purchase' button.

Done!

Deposits to your E-Purse are usually credited instantly. If your deposit is not shown in your account balance immediately, please open a support ticket and include your payment details.

Interest is posted daily from Monday until Friday to your Cash Balance from where it can be withdrawn or reinvested.

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the 'Request Cashout' link.
3. Select the processor you like to withdraw to.
4. Select if you like to withdraw to your payment processor or to the E-Purse to reinvest.
5. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
6. Enter your secondary password and click the 'Request Cashout' button.

Please note: Cashout requests are processed manually during business hours from Monday until Friday only!

Important: Withdrawal requests to your E-Purse are for reinvestment purposes only and cannot be revoked by the administration.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours, except for weekends. We process multiple times every day, during our business hours: 8am - 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

The minimum amount to withdraw is $1.00. The maximum amount is not limited.

We allow withdrawals only via the payment handler(s) that have been used to fund your account.

Yes you can. Please click the 'Request Cashout' link. Here in the 'Pending Cashouts' section you can select any pending withdrawal request and once done click 'Cancel Selected'.

The secondary password is the key to your account and can not be automatically retrieved. A administration fee of $5.00 will be charged to reset it. This fee needs to be paid direct to our payment handler and not by 'Fund E-Purse' and can only be paid via the payment handler from which your deposit was made. Only after you've paid the $5.00 fee, you may open a support ticket with your payment batch number and we will issue a new secondary password. No exceptions!

The One-Time PIN [or login PIN] is a single, unique and time-sensitive PIN used to enhance the security of your account and sent to your e-mail account in case our system detects IP changes during login to your account. It needs to be entered, before you can access your account.

Please check your SPAM/Junk e-mail folders. Also, One-Time PIN e-mails are sent out automatically. If you are using Boxbe, SpamArrest or any other spam blocking software that sends out validation links, we will not be able to click on them and you may not receive the One-Time PIN. In addition some e-mail providers are generally blocking automated generated e-mails. Notorious are AOL, Comcast among others. In such cases there is nothing we can do. We recommend to open a free Gmail account to ensure that you are receiving all our e-mails.

We pay a affiliate commission equaling 5% of all amounts deposited or reinvested by every referred client.

Yes, we pay affiliate commissions on all deposits, including reinvestments.

Your affiliate link or 'Referrer URL' is shown on the 'My Account' page in the clients area. You'll find promotional banners with your affiliate link embedded in the 'Affiliate Tools' section of your account as well.

Yes, you are welcome to do so.

You need to give that person your referral link or advertise us by placing our banners on your website.

Affiliate commission is paid only after your affiliate makes a deposit. We do not pay affiliate commissions for simply referring new clients. If you are aware that your affiliate deposited with us and no commission was paid, please contact our support department.

No, you can't. If our system detects the same IP address used by two referring accounts, both accounts will be suspended until further investigation. Same for referring accounts using the same payment handler account.

Yes, you can do so. But they need to use a different IP than yours and have their own payment handler account.

You can advertise us in any legal way. The only advertising method we have a zero-tolerance policy towards is spam in any form. The use of SPAM in order to distribute your affiliate link will lead to termination of your account and forfeiture of your earned commissions.
